Having raised the bar on relevancy in search, Bing needed communications that built on that promise. We developed a newsletter that, with a single focus and featuring timely themes and content, set the record for the highest open rate to date at over 45%. In addition, the client was delighted by the over 1 million search queries the newsletter drove. Performance far surpassed expectations, and even exceeded the free song download promotion that ran in December 2010.
