Symantec Retention Email

We developed a series of emails designed to encourage customers to renew their Norton subscriptions. To grab customers' attention and integrate with Norton's new "Every Click Matters" branding, we used a combination of arresting imagery and foreboding headlines to trigger an emotional reaction and stress the importance of online security. This campaign allowed us to walk away with an IAC award for Best Computer Software Email Message Campaign.
