Are you a left or right brain thinker? This is how we approached Wyndham Vacation Ownership mini-vacation prospects. Because Wyndham Vacation Ownership had experienced a drop in response, they turned to us for a unique approach to motivate prospects to purchase a mini-vacation at one of their properties (at a reduced rate) in return for attending a timeshare presentation. We recommended testing a new creative execution of the mini-vacation offer that spoke to the prospect by their mindset or “way of thinking.” Utilizing ThinkingCraft data, we developed two distinct creative executions that targeted right and left brain groups. The strategy and creative were a success with the right brain winning out over the left in response by 18%.
